Located in the southern suburb of athens near the sea, this project is split into 3 plots. In two plots 9 buildings that share the same language. Three tower houses, three double unit buildings, and three single unit buildings. The complexity of the program is also transmitted to the aesthetic composition of each of them getting as a result a vibrant and attractive unified whole.

In a separate plot one building is located. Has 7 units with different characteristics and sizes, that while it preserves several elements from the other buildings, it stands out as a transparent, permeable, lit unit.

Views, comfort, simplicity and elegance can describe each of the units that, while they make part of a whole project, each has its own disctinctive and unique characteristic that separates it from the other.
